We recommend making the molds on plaster cloth, which is readily available at any building supply store and ideal for creating a mold.
For very complex shapes, we ask that you first contact us to discuss the possibilities, such as slanted edges, etc.

It's true that a cushion should look beautiful, but what's the point of having a beautiful cushion if it's not comfortable to sit on? Not much...
That's why we offer a selection of durable fillings from soft to extra firm, so you can choose the comfort level that suits you. All of our fillings are suitable for outdoor use, some more than others, but we explain this in detail on our Fillings page.
Our tight fillings are provided with a layer of fiberfill between the filling and the cushion cover, so the cover stays in place better and the surface feels even more comfortable.
The loose fill cushions are filled with flakes that are delivered in an inner cover so you can easily wash the covers if necessary.
