In most cases, shipping is outsourced, we have several partners and in some cases our own transportation to deliver your order to you.
We work with the following companies to ensure that packages arrive at your home or office in a timely and orderly manner:
Most packages are delivered by DHL. Once your order is completed, you will receive a track and trace via email. If you are not home, it can be delivered to your neighbors or a second delivery attempt can be made. In some cases, it will be taken to a DHL Service Point.
For furniture transport or larger shipments, we use Focus couriers. You will receive a track and trace by email, and if you are not present, we will contact you by phone and deliver to your neighbors, otherwise a second delivery attempt will be scheduled.
Shipping is not free, but in some cases we cover the costs. For orders over €300,- on the website, the shipping costs are free, with the exception of cushions on shelves, which always require furniture transport.
